814 screens, 180,291 seats

The concept of Kinépolis is characterised by a relentless quest for innovation focused on our clients. In terms of technology, in recent years this has resulted in the digitalisation of the movie theatres and the development of 3D. In terms of content, Kinépolis schedules an original mixture of film and alternative content (opera, documentaries, sports, concerts…)

In addition to cinema, we also work in film distributions, event management, screen advertising and property management.

In Europe, we have 50 complexes in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Luxemburg, Switzerland and Poland, and after purchasing the Canadian movie theatre group ‘Landmark Cinemas’ in December 2017, Kinépolis Group now operates 93 cinemas around the globe (43 of which it owns) with a total of 814 screens and more than 180,000 seats, and employs 3,750 people, committed to providing the best experience to the millions of visitors we receive every year.
